Our summer collection cakes have been carefully chosen by popularity, seasonal ingredients, nicely light cakes that can be happily enjoyed after a summer BBQ or an afternoon treat.

We use the best quality local ingredients: Benbulben free range eggs, Irish butter, high quality Callebaut chocolate and cocoa powder, Irish strawberries, Lauren’s homemade jam, fresh lemon juice and zest, homemade lemon curd and courgettes from Lauren’s garden along the wild Atlantic way.

🍰 The Classic – Victoria Sponge

Please your guests with the lightest and prettiest cakes of the all. A light and fluffy vanilla bean sponge, oozing with Lauren’s homemade summer berry jam, Chantilly cream and beautiful Irish strawberries on top.

🍋 Summer Sweetness – Lemon and Poppyseed Cake

Lusciously light lemon zested sponge filled with poppy seed polka dots, drizzled in lemon syrup. Lauren’s homemade lemon curd surprise centre. Decorated in piped meringue buttercream bulbs.

🥕 Carrot Cake

Our Easter “Hot Cake” – The good news due to popular demand it’s here for another season! Brown sugar sponge, extremely light and moist. Topped with orange zested frosting.

🍫 Chocolate and Courgette Cake (Vegan)

Our most popular wholesale dessert! A vegan rich and indulgent chocolate cake, smothered in divine dark chocolate ganache using 54.5% Callebaut Chocolate.
